Troubleshooting points for three major failures of crusher

Crusher equipment as the main equipment in mining, mainly for different sizes of rock crushing, crusher equipment mainly jaw crusher, counterattack crusher, impact crusher, twin-roller crusher, hammer crusher and cone crusher and other equipment. Three major faults of crusher: bearing fault repair, shaft maintenance and rotor core trouble shooting. Next we will analyze the three major troubleshooting points:

Wear parts for bearing failure repair

The rotating shaft is rotated through the bearing support, which is the heaviest part of the load and the component which is easy to wear.

1. Trouble shooting

Inspection in operation; rolling bearing oil shortage, will hear the "bone and bone" sound; if heard discontinuous "stem" sound, may be bearing ring rupture. Minor noise will be produced when bearings are mixed with sand and other debris or bearing parts with slight wear.

Inspect after disassembly; first inspect the crusher bearing rollers, inside and outside steel ring whether there is damage, rust, scar, etc., and then pinch the inner ring of the bearing with the hand, and make the bearing flattened, the other hand force push the outer rigid ring, if the bearing is good, the outer ring should rotate smoothly, no vibration and obvious stagnation phenomenon in rotation, stop and turn outside. The steel ring has not regressed. Otherwise, the bearing can no longer be used. The left hand holds the outer ring, the right hand holds the inner ring, and pushes it in all directions. If it feels loose when pushing, it is worn out seriously.

2. Trouble Repair:

The rust spots on the outer surface of the bearing can be erased by sandpaper and then washed in gasoline; or when the bearing has cracks, cracks in the inner and outer rings or excessive wear and tear of the bearing, new bearings should be replaced. When replacing the new bearing, the bearing should be the same as the original one.

Troubleshooting of rotating shaft

1. Journal wear; journal wear is small, can be plated on the Journal chromium, and then grinding to the required size; wear more, can be surfacing on the journal, and then to the lathe cutting and polishing; if the journal wear is too large, also on the journal turning 2-3 mm, and then turning a set of barrel, while the hot sleeve on the journal, and then turning to the Journal It needs size.

2. Shaft bending; If the shaft of crusher bends little, it can be repaired by polishing the shaft neck and slip ring; If the bending exceeds 0.2 mm, the rotating shaft can be placed under the press, pressurized and rectified at the beat bend, and the surface of the corrected shaft is machined and polished by lathe; if the bending is too large, a new shaft must be replaced.

Troubleshooting of stator and rotor core

Both stator and rotor are made of mutually insulating silicon steel sheets, which are the magnetic circuit parts of motors. The damage and deformation of stator and rotor core are mainly caused by the following aspects.

  • 1. Excessive wear and tear of crusher bearings or poor assembly, resulting in the stator and rotor rubbing, so that the core surface damage, resulting in short circuit between silicon steel sheets, motor iron loss increased, so that the motor temperature rise too high. At this time, the use of fine files and other tools to remove burrs, eliminate short silicon steel sheet, clean up after coating insulation paint, and heating and drying.
  • 2, when the old winding is removed, the force is too large, so that the alveolus is skewed and outward. At this time, sharp mouth clamps, wood hammers and other tools to be dressed, so that the alveolar reset, and in the silicon steel sheet with a gap between the hard insulation materials such as green paper, bakelite board.
  • 3, because of moisture and other reasons, the iron core surface rust. At this point, sandpaper is needed to be cleaned and painted.
  • 4. Around the ground, high heat is generated to destroy the iron core slot or tooth part. It is possible to remove the deposits with chisel or scraper tools, and use the insulating paint to dry.
  • 5. Loose core and frame can tighten the original positioning screw. If the locating screw fails, the locating hole and the tapping can be re drilled on the machine seat, and the fixing screw can be tightened.
